What we collect
When you use a tool, we record the following. It carries no cookies, no IP address and nothing that identifies you, so it is collected unless you opt out below:
| Data | Why | Stored where | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tool name (e.g. qr-generator) | Know which tools are used most | Supabase (EU) | 1 year, then auto-deleted |
| Country (e.g. ES) | Understand where users come from | Supabase (EU) | 1 year, then auto-deleted |
| Anonymous session ID | Avoid counting one visit twice | Your browser only | Cleared when tab closes |
We do not collect names, email addresses, IP addresses, or any other personally identifiable information from anonymous visitors.
Advertising and measurement
Google Analytics runs with all consent signals — analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalisation — set to denied by default. Nothing is granted until you accept on the consent banner, and declining or withdrawing switches them back to denied immediately.
Registered users
If you create an account, we additionally store:
- Your email address and sign-in provider (email or Google)
- Tool history you explicitly save via the "Save to history" button
You can delete all of this at any time from My Account.
Third-party services
- Supabase — database and authentication. Data stored in the EU. Privacy policy
- Cloudflare — hosting and CDN, and Web Analytics for page-level traffic. Web Analytics uses no cookies and no fingerprinting. Your country is read from Cloudflare's own edge, so no IP address leaves this site. Privacy policy
- Google Analytics 4 — page-level analytics, denied by default until you accept. Subject to Google's privacy policy.
Cookies and local storage
We use localStorage and sessionStorage (not traditional cookies) for:
- Your theme preference (light/dark)
- Sidebar collapse state
- Your consent choice
- Country cache (24h, avoids repeated lookups)
None of this data is sent to any server.
Your choices
Withdrawing consent switches every Google consent signal back to denied and stops the tool-usage record described above. It takes effect straight away:
Done. Analytics tracking has been disabled.
